The two-level tenant improvement and exterior upgrades to 3000 Hanover St (formerly the HP HQ) total 230,706 SF. Level 1 features approximately 80,000 SF of state-of-the-art oncology and early cancer detection lab spaces, two large chemically sprinkled server rooms, a health and fitness center, and a full-service cafeteria. Level 2 includes a new corporate office buildout, complete with a new boardroom, conference rooms, an open office area, a training room, a tech help desk, three micro kitchens/breakrooms, and a new front lobby. A new courtyard was also constructed on Level 2, featuring precast and poured-in-place architectural concrete, seating, planters, a fireplace, and two shade structures designed for outdoor meetings and workspace. Exterior improvements on Level 1 include a new recessed loading dock, two 750kW generators within an enclosure, and a chemical storage bunker for hazardous and biohazard waste.
