This three-level tenant improvement project, totaling 88,000 SF, was completed at Healthpeak’s Britannia Oyster Point. The improvements included the installation of new rooftop equipment, a new central plant, new process gas systems, and a completely updated building management system. Level 1 features a 20,000 SF cGMP commercial cell manufacturing facility (ISO Level 5-8), along with a cGMP warehouse, validated cold room facility, and a validated EMS system. Level 2 is dedicated to the buildout of QC analytical, viral, process development, and discovery labs. Level 3 includes the development of new corporate headquarters offices, providing a modern and functional workspace for the organization.
